It was a full house last night at the Village Hall, where the first of several meetings was held to kick off the formulation of a Parish Plan for Chapel-en-le-Frith – called ‘Chapel Vision’.
After an introduction by Joe Dugdale from Rural Action Derbyshire, groups formed to discuss what they would like to see in the plan.

Although the discussions need to be fully analysed and combined with those at other meetings, some themes emerged.

- Swimming pool.
- Support for young people, for example with youth clubs open in school holidays, and local apprenticeships.
Opposed Projects
